Bria Bailey

Bria Bailey has more than 10 years of real estate, transaction advisory and consulting experience with a focus on small to medium-sized enterprises. Ms. Bailey began her corporate career as a strategy and change management consultant for Accenture and Booz Allen Hamilton for the financial services and retail industry. Over the course of her real estate career, Ms. Bailey has transacted over $4B of core to value-add opportunities with a focus on multifamily and retail assets. As an Associate at Safanad Inc., Ms. Bailey was an integral member of the acquisition of $545MM national multifamily portfolio. As Managing Principal at Radcliffe Ventures LLC, Ms. Bailey led both strategic implementation efforts for technology firms in addition to advising high net worth individuals, small family offices and investment managers on $350MM of capitalization and acquisition strategies for direct investment and fund vehicles.

Ms. Bailey received a B.A. in Urban Studies from the University of Pennsylvania and an M.B.A in Real Estate from Columbia Business School of Columbia University.
