Ms. Jodi Beal

Jodi L. Beal serves as Interim President and Chief Financial Officer of Harbor Bankshares Corporation and its principal banking subsidiary, The Harbor Bank of Maryland.

Ms. Beal brings extensive executive leadership experience with deep expertise in strategic financial management, interest rate and liquidity risk, operational performance, and regulatory compliance. She has a demonstrated track record of guiding financial institutions through complex organizational transformations, including pivotal roles in initial public offerings (IPO), merger analysis and execution, and enterprise-wide financial restructuring initiatives.

Throughout her career, Ms. Beal has served as Chief Financial Officer for several financial institutions, where she strengthened financial oversight, enhanced risk management frameworks, and improved operational efficiency. She began her career in public accounting, leading audit engagements for financial institutions as well as for-profit and nonprofit organizations.

Ms. Beal is a Certified Public Accountant and holds a Bachelor of Science in Accounting from Frostburg State University. She remains actively engaged in ongoing professional development to stay current on evolving industry trends, regulatory expectations, and best practices in financial leadership.
